Arnold served as Chairman from 1990-1993 and traveled to schools in all 50 states to promote physical fitness. This experience led him on a crusade to change kids’ lives.
In 1991, Arnold was invited to serve as Executive Commissioner of the Inner-City Games (ICG), to bring after school sports programs and events to at risk youth.
