Jeffrey Miller is excited to join After-School All-Stars National Team as the Director of Curriculum & Training. Jeffrey offers program quality, professional development, and logistical support to the ASAS chapters in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Puget Sound (Seattle), and the Bay area (Oakland/San Francisco).
Jeffrey has more than a decade of classroom experience and has served as a teacher on a Native American reservation, an ABA therapist at an autism center, an English teacher and director of performing arts at the high school level, and a master facilitator and Education Director for Quantum Learning, a brain-based learning and life skill company that runs programming for middle and high school youth.
Jeffrey has a B.A. in mass communications and theater from Towson University, an M.F.A. in creative writing from Naropa University, and received his teacher’s license from the State of Colorado. When he’s not introducing students to a lifelong love of learning he enjoys writing poetry, playing golf, creating short films, and participating in live theater alongside his wife, Ambar.
